Day Nine: Pretzel Bites

These were actually really easy thanks to my dough hook. I put on tray on a silpat. The other I put on a piece of wax paper. I don't know what it is with me and wax paper but we don't get along. I wont be doing that one again, They turned out great even though I over cooked them a bit (Thanks to the move and a new oven)

Day Three: Korean Beef

This Meal was really easy. It  called for 1/4-1/2 cup of brown sugar. I used 1/4 at first then decided to double the sugar and soy sauce so it was more saucy. It was super yummy though.

I love the men in my life
There are a few things that I would change though. We buy Chicken from the butcher. So They are huge breast. I would either filet them so they are thinner or buy smaller breast. Also We LOVE garlic in this house So I think next time I may marinate them in garlic and olive oil. It was still super yummy!

Day One: Garden boxes

So when we moved to our new house we rototiller-ed the grass down by the horse pasture to plant our garden. We are new to the area, well frankly the whole starting a garden from scrtatch thing. Apparently the soil by our house has too much acid. in the dirt so it killed a lot of our plants. So today we built these garden boxes. We only did one board instead of two and we did it with pressure treated wood. Those were our changes. I had a lot of fun doing this with my husband :D

Hammering the nails in the boards

Driving the TON of dirt to the boxes
(It was literally a Ton of dirt)

Spreading the dirt while my hubs shoveled

Making the herb box

Laying down the landscape fabric so we don't get weeds.
