So I haven't been on in a long while. All of my old pics are on my old computer and ill have to get to those later. This past month i was fortunate enough to have my husband home for 20 wonderful days! It was so nice. I enjoyed every second of it, and I wish i could of had more time. I was talking to on o f my cousins on my moms side today. We were talking about our lives and what go's on in my life. She told me that she couldnt do it. And it just got me thinking about everything. I love my husband so much. And I honestly beleive that this lifestyle will either make your relationship or break it. I honestly feel that after all of our issues we have had just a little over a year ago, that this has made our marriage so much stronger! I have never ever once told anyone that this lifestyle is easy, cause its not, but i wouldnt trade it for the world. We have learned so much from this that has helped us. She had told me that she couldnt handle this life and all I could say was that if she loved him enough she could. I feel so honored to say I am married to a soldier, I didn't marry a soldier, I married a man who became a soldier. I just felt like i needed to let this out a little. And if you read this Dave, I love you so much. Thank you babe for making my life what it is today. Kisses baby!

So I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still alive. I just havent gotten on here in a while. I have a whole bunch of stuff to post on here. I had my surgery and it went well . I have my post-op appt Nov. 18th so we will see then if everything is healing correctly. This month I have gone to three pumpkin patches. One with Kori and the kids to the Roloff farms down in OR. That's right I said Roloff farms, as in from Little People Big World. So awesome. Then i went the next week to a local patch with Kim Seth and Isaac on Seth's school field trip. Then once with my parents, and the Ludford kids. We had a blast. Ill post pics from all of this tomorrow. So good news! Dave leaves Iraq to come home on leave in a week. I cant wait for him to be home, and my birthday is coming up! Woohoo! But I will for sure be on here tomorrow to post pics and stories!

So I thought maybe I'd start from the beginning of Dave and I's relationship. We started talking in late 2004. We met online in a yahoo chat room ( crazy huh!). This was him
Photobucket
he was the small town country boy, grew up on 5 acres with cows and pigs boy
and this was me

And I was the city girl, who knew how to get dirty in the mudd!
We went on our first date to Mimi's Cafe in Sacramento, CA in the middle of Dec. Then to the mall, which I thought was to look for a sweater for him, but later found out it was to look at my bum! How sad! So we went on this dreamy date for New Years Eve with his friend Garrett and Garrett's girlfriend Christina. We sorta just hung out, then went to Downtown Sacramento to watch the fireworks. And this is the dreamy part, We had our first kiss in the rain outside watching the fireworks! How romantic! I love it anyways. So we dated for a while, then we decided to move in with each other in the summer of 2005.
In the next blog I'm going to post some picture of us around this time and some of our wedding pictures.
